As Take Care Collective continues to grow, we’re excited to share an important milestone in our journey: we are expanding our practice and actively hiring fully licensed clinicians to join our team.
From the beginning, our mission has been rooted in providing thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality care to our community. As the needs of our clients evolve and the demand for accessible mental health support increases, we recognize the importance of growing in a way that stays aligned with our values. Expansion, for us, is not just about getting bigger—it’s about deepening our impact, strengthening our offerings, and continuing to show up with intention.
Over the past year, we’ve seen a meaningful increase in individuals seeking support. This reinforces what we’ve always believed: compassionate, culturally responsive care is essential, and there is still so much work to be done to make it accessible to all who need it. By bringing new clinicians into our collective, we aim to reduce wait times, broaden our areas of expertise, and create more opportunities for connection and healing.
We are currently seeking fully licensed clinicians who are passionate about collaborative care and committed to serving diverse communities. Ideal candidates are grounded in their clinical work, open to ongoing learning, and excited about being part of a practice that values authenticity, equity, and clinician well-being. At Take Care Collective, we believe that when clinicians feel supported, they are better able to support others—so we prioritize a work environment that fosters balance, autonomy, and meaningful professional growth.
