Josie Albrecht, LPC (she/her)

Josie the therapist obtained her MS in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She is an EMDR trained, trauma informed therapist currently working towards EMDRIA certification. Josie’s expertise is working with adults who experienced childhood, attachment, and/or relationship traumas and are navigating life transitions through today’s world.

Josie the human is an eldest daughter, Scorpio, yogi, Pittsburgh Steelers fan living in Baltimore, thrift shopper, big sister, and smiles at every dog she passes on the street. She finds the good in people and helps them see it too.
