Women’s Wellness Retreat

Join us for a soul-nourishing 3 night escape to the Poconos, where rest, reflection, and reconnection take center stage. Here you’ll return home to yourself - rested and renewed.

Location: Pocono Mountains (PA)

Dates: September 25-28, 2026

Who: women and femme presenting folks, ages 25+

Activity Level: Lightly active. We will be engaging in daily movement. We’ll work to accommodate all activity levels.

3 nights, 4 days in a lakeside cabin
